Refund policy

At Hello Beautiful, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements designed to enhance women's health and well-being. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below to understand your options.

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns You may be eligible for a return if you meet the following conditions:

  • 33 Nutrition may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from 33nutrition.com/hellobeautiful.fit through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

    • The merchandise must be received by 33nutrition within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period. 

    • You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site. 

    • Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through 33nutrition.com  for which 75% or more of the product is unused 

    If you need to make a return, please e-mail us  before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

    All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for completion of this process.

1.2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package the product securely, including the RMA number, and mail it to the address provided by our customer support team.

1.3. Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).

2. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds will be processed if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have initiated a return following the guidelines outlined in section 1.
  • Upon inspection, the returned product is confirmed to be in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.2. Refund Processing Time Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your account.

2.3. Restocking Fee We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of [percentage]% of the product's purchase price if the returned product is not in its original condition or packaging, or if it is returned after the 30-day window.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return following the instructions in section 1.
