About the Founder

Hello Beautiful! I am Janae, a mother of two boys and have successfully completed my studies at Cosmetology school in 2007 and Esthetics school in 2008. With significant experience in the beauty industry, my passion for health and fitness has always been evident. For the past ten years, I have been an enthusiastic gym enthusiast, particularly enjoying les mills body pump classes that introduced me to weightlifting.

Navigating through the realm of supplements has been a daunting task for me. The overwhelming variety available in the market often left me feeling uncertain. During my divorce in 2021, I experienced significant weight fluctuations. The rapid weight loss was followed by a struggle to regain a balanced physique, leaving me feeling disoriented and unsettled. Consequently, my exercise routine suffered, and my sleep schedule became disrupted due to my new roles as a single mother and an individual immersed in the dating scene.

However, I observed substantial transformations when I began prioritizing my well-being and time. Starting with the appreciation of herbal teas, I gradually transitioned towards embracing natural supplements. While I don't always prefer drinking something, opting for encapsulated vitamins and mineral has proven to be a convenient and efficient alternative.
